YOU HAVE MORE TIME THAN YOU THINK


Wish you had more hours in the day?

time management, focus, stress


Of course you’re busy.

And yes, there is a clock that dictates how many hours there are in a day.

It’s true. That clock is important to ensure that the things we do with others happen smoothly.

The problem is that by using a clock your entire life, by getting used to cultural norms around start and stop times for the patterns of daily life, you’re losing FLOW and because of it, you’re losing time.

Try this for a week.

For every item in your day that absolutely requires that it happen at a particular time, set an alarm on your phone. For everything else, allow your natural rhythm of work, rest, play and hunger guide your actions and your schedule.

It will be hard at first to break routine, but with practice, you’ll find that you are more energized, more creative and more productive.
