The longing for something to change...

There’s more waiting for you. You can feel it in your bones. But something is holding you back.

I know this terrain from the inside.

Long before I became a coach, I was a 40-year-old woman with a life that looked good on the surface and felt small and hollow inside.

I felt guilty for wanting more.

I was terrified of losing the people and things I loved most - all I’d worked so hard to build.

Most of all, I feared discovering I might not be capable of becoming the woman I could feel waiting underneath the life I was living.

I was afraid for a long time. But slowly, through honest reflection, embodied practice, and steady support, I learned how to come back to myself.

That is where this work began.

Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of people - see themselves more clearly, understand the patterns beneath the surface, and move toward lives that feel more honest, alive, and their own.

I really have been there.

You're in the Right Place.

In addition to my certification as a professional coach (CPC), I am ICF credentialed and hold a BA in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. To remain at the cutting edge in my field, I continuously pursue advanced study, specialized training, and ongoing professional development.

I am certified in the Enneagram, Energy Leadership Index, Neethling Brain Instrument, and OASIS, and I am a trained EFT practitioner.

My approach is trauma-aware and somatically informed. I integrate current research in nervous system regulation, embodiment, and relational safety into my coaching work, allowing clients to access insight not only cognitively, but physically and emotionally as well.

I maintain membership in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and The Institute of Coaching (IOC), and have been honored as one of COACH Foundation’s top 20 life coaches in America.

Change doesn't begin with a perfect plan.

It begins with seeing yourself clearly enough to tell the truth.

The patterns that keep you stuck usually made sense once. They protected you, helped you belong, helped you survive, helped you succeed.

At some point, the life that once fit begins to feel too small - or too big - or just plain off.

That’s where my work begins: helping you see the pattern beneath the pattern, find solid ground inside yourself, and move forward without leaving yourself behind.

What I know about change.

The best next step is a conversation about where you are, what’s shifting, and whether this work is the right doorway into what comes next.

Your Turn.
